		<description>There were also many great rock bands in the 1970s that just did not make it even though their music was out of this world.  From 1971 to 1976 there was a band in Montreal called the St. Marc Street Band that could have made a knew genre called Rock and Roar because of the way the bassist would play lead on some of the songs.
